New LPDC Brass Casting Facility Project

1. Scaling Casting Capacity

Thien My Industries is proud to announce the completion and commissioning of our new Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) casting workshop at our Dong Nai facility. This strategic investment represents a significant expansion of our in-house manufacturing capabilities.

Spanning over 5,000 square meters, the new facility is dedicated exclusively to the production of high-density brass components for premium faucet bodies, sanitary valves, and custom plumbing accessories.

2. Advanced LPDC Machinery

The facility houses a new fleet of advanced multi-station LPDC machines featuring fully automated mold extraction and digital process monitoring systems. These machines allow us to cast complex, thin-walled components with exceptional structural integrity.

3. Environmental Stewardship

In alignment with our ISO 14001 commitment, the new foundry is equipped with advanced dust collection systems and energy-efficient induction furnaces that significantly reduce carbon emissions and heat waste.

4. Operational Impact

With this facility online, we can support larger-scale OEM projects with highly competitive lead times and absolute quality control from raw material to finished product.
